Returns & Exchanges

At Oli., we want you to love your wardrobe; if a fit isn't perfect, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
